Return Authorization Guidelines
Insure your return for the appropriate value. NOTE-Damage in shipping will void any warranties. You as the shipper are responsible to file or collect on shipping claims, not AAMP.
We reserve the right to repair/replace or credit your account for the price of the merchandise.

Your RA number is located on the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT page after QUOTE#. This number starts with an S and has 7 numbers following it.
AAMP products are guaranteed for 1 YEAR from date of purchase against factory defects to the original owner except for the following (subject to change without notice). Physical damage on any product is not covered under warranty. 10-06

Your RA number is located on the ***ACKNOWLEDGEMENT***page after QUOTE#. This number starts with an S and has 7 numbers following it (for example: S1234567). Do not return without a current authorization number or it will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Products that are “date coded” will be reviewed for warranty by our Customer Service Department. These include, Stinger Batteries, Spal Window Kits, actuators, isolators, and high current relays. For further details on our warranties and policies please refer to our web site at www.AAMPofAmerica.com.
Send to AAMP OF AMERICA 13160 56th Court Clearwater, Fl. 33760 with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the box.
If product returned is not ours or is not covered by warranty, you will be notified by letter with instructions to reply. Any items left unclaimed after 30 days will be discarded.

We reserve the right to repair/replace, partially replace or credit your account for the price of the merchandise. If an item is discontinued and is in the warranty period it may be credited or replaced. Warranty is voided if product is abused or modified.
You must put your RA number on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted into our warehouse. This number is only good for 60 days. All RA’s are for evaluation only and subject to inspection.
