Return Authorizations


Our typical turn around time on RA's is within the same day unless:
  1. The information section was not filled out complete, including defective problem
  2. We cannot get in touch with you about any questions we might have.

Before you place your RA, Read Below!
  1. RA numbers are only good for 60 days!!
  2. All non-defective returned merchandise will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and must have been purchased within the last 90 days. These items must be in perfect saleable condition or credit will not be given.
  3. Any defective peripheral cd changer interfacing device must give description of defective problem. If complete and purchased within 90 days you may return for credit.
  4. If the product you have returned to us is not ours or is not covered by warranty, you will be notified by letter as to what your options are. Any items left unclaimed after 30 days will be discarded.
  5. DAMAGE IN SHIPPING WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY! AAMP is not responsible for items received damaged. You, as the shipper, are the only one who can file or collect on a shipping claim.
    • To avoid this problem with batteries:
      Remove the terminals, double the box and use extra packing
    • To avoid this problem with neon:
      Do not pack neon with other objects & use extra packing all around the product.
  6. NEON Returns:
    • Any item purchased as a pair must be returned as a pair!!
    • BROKEN GLASS VOIDS WARRANTY! Pack all neon separately and insure your package. AAMP is not liable for damage to defective items being returned.
    • If you return neon with just the inner tube broken, it must be in the original packaging to be warrantied.
    • AAMP will issue credit on all other defective items returned complete. Some parts go back to Street Glow, we will notify you if this is something to return to them.
